Sachin Junnarkar, PhD
Founder & CEO, Wellyfy (formerly Health Lync)
A serial entrepreneur and innovator, Dr. Sachin Junnarkar brings over 20 years of experience across healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing, and security markets. With a PhD from Université de Sherbrooke, Canada, and a master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Stony Brook University, Sachin has led groundbreaking research and product development at leading institutions including Brookhaven National Laboratory, Philips, and Toshiba Medical Research Institute.
Sachin is also the founder of Field Viewers LLC, a company specializing in advanced radiation detectors for medical imaging, homeland security, and industrial applications. His expertise in signal processing, hardware miniaturization, and system integration has driven multiple innovations, including the SuperCAPEâ„¢ device and Wellyfy's cloud-based telehealth platform.

Meet Our CTO
Pushkar Jha
Chief Technology Officer, Wellyfy
Pushkar Jha is an electrical and computer engineer completing his PhD requirements at Tufts University under the supervision of Prof. Aseema Mohanty. His research focuses on chip-scale photonic devices for the efficient generation, manipulation, and control of structured light using higher-order transverse spatial modes at visible wavelengths, with applications in quantum photonics, optogenetics, and advanced optical systems.
His doctoral work has demonstrated high-performance mode-engineered photonic devices, including high-Q mode engineered ring resonators enabling low-power phase modulation, reconfigurable beam shaping platforms, and tunable wavelength-division multiplexing systems in the visible regime. He has extensive experience in the design, simulation, and nanofabrication of silicon nitride photonic devices, contributing to multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations at leading venues such as CLEO.
In parallel with his academic work, Pushkar serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Wellyfy, a digital health platform focused on making healthcare accessible, affordable, and accurate through integrated telemedicine, electronic medical records, and real-time diagnostics. In this role, he leads the development of scalable healthcare technologies, including cloud-based diagnostic systems and connected medical devices, enabling remote monitoring and synchronous patient–doctor interaction.
Pushkar received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, where he also completed a micro-specialisation in photonics. His earlier work spans electromagnetic wave propagation, terahertz devices, and medical imaging hardware, including contributions to radiation detection systems that resulted in a granted U.S. patent.
Bridging fundamental photonics research with real-world healthcare applications, Pushkar’s work lies at the convergence of nanophotonics, device engineering, and digital health innovation. He is particularly interested in translating advanced optical and hardware technologies into scalable, impactful systems for next-generation sensing, diagnostics, and human-centred technologies.
